Color Fusers Blog Hop October 2017

Hello everyone! Welcome to October's color fuser's blog hop!! I'm so happy you stopped by. This month's colors remind me so much of fall, I'm so excited for cool weather.

For today's project, I was inspired by a video I saw by Dena Rekow, click here to see the video. I am in love with these test tubes Stampin Up developed for the season. I can't wait to make more of these holders for Halloween and Christmas. The stamp sets I used included Coffee Cafe (143677) and Merry Cafe (144965).  I also used the Coffee Cups Framelits Dies (143745). You can bundle Coffee Cafe and the framelits (145331) and save 10%. In addition to the stamp sets, I used the following inks: Fresh Fig (144082); Pumpkin Pie (126945), Lemon Lime Twist (144086), and Soft Suede (126978). As well as the following cardstock: Soft Suede (115318), Whisper White (100730), Pumpkin Pie (105117). In addition I used some dimensionals (104430), Lemon Lime Twist ribbon (144135), treat tubes (144612), and 3/4" circle punch (119873).

I hope you enjoyed my project and please follow along with the rest of the hop. You will find some wonderful inspiration throughout the hop.

Thanks for stopping by!

Color Fusers Blog Hop September 2017

Hello everyone and welcome to the Color Fusers September blog hop! This month's colors were a bit of a challenge for me, but I ended up loving them. Who doesn't love a challenge?!?!
I was finally able to get my hands on the Daisy Delight bundle so I knew that would be the set that I would use. I surprised myself by not using the punch! I was also able to break in to my embossing paste. If you have not given the paste a try, I highly recommend it. I used the Early Espresso ink pad to color the paste and create the brick pattern on the card. The entire design is done on Very Vanilla cardstock. The sentiment comes from the Thoughtful Banners set using the Classic Label punch as an extra accent. You will see a list of products and their item numbers below the pictures. You can purchase all of these items through my Stampin Up website http://www.stampinup.net/esuite/home/heatherosborne/. Please follow the rest of the hop to see more amazing projects using these colors! Happy Stamping!!

Color Fusers Blog Hop August 2017

Hello everyone and welcome to another Color Fusers blog hop! This month, we're featuring Powder Pink, Berry Burst, Basic Black, Smoky Slate, and Whisper White. For my project, I created a birthday card using the Happy Birthday Gorgeous Bundle (145301). I fell in love with this bundle as soon as I saw it in the new catalog! Birthday cards are the #1 type of card I make on a regular basis and I just adore this die. I used the 2 step flower stamp and a little swirly, both from the Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set, to create a background. I hope you enjoy this project and please follow the hop line-up on the bottom of this post for more inspiration! If you're interested in purchasing any of the items used to create this card, I'd love to earn your business. Please visit my site at heatherosborne.stampinup.net to shop.  A list of products used is listed below the pictures. Thanks for stopping by today and Happy Stamping!

Hugs,
Heather

Color Fusers Blog Hope for July 2017

Hello everyone and welcome to the Color Fusers July Blog Hop! I hope you've all enjoyed what you've seen so far and have been inspired.  The line up is at the bottom of this post, please be sure to view everyone's blog for more inspiration.

I really enjoyed working with these colors this month and I hope you enjoy my card!

For my project today, I created a birthday card. An X-ray card to be exact! The window sheet gives the illusion of an X-ray. When I looked at these colors, I immediately thought of a masculine card. While this card is masculine, I'm thinking it would work best for a younger boy's birthday.

Inside of the card

I used the stamp set, No Bones About It (138756). This is the first time I've used this set and I'm hooked! When I showed my boys the card, they thought it was a magic trick haha. I actually cased this card from video by Dawn Griffith, click on her name to view the video. Since it was more of a child's card, there is minimal embellishments which makes it pretty quick to complete.
I hope you've enjoyed this card as much as I did making it. If you're interested in purchasing any of the supplies to create this card, please feel free to visit my site. I'd love to have your business. If you've ever thought of selling Stampin Up, now would be the perfect month to do so! Stampin Up is offering some Christmas in July incentives to new demonstrators. Please contact me for more information if you're interested! It would be fun to add you to my team!!

Here is a list of the supplies I used followed by the blog hop lineup. I'm so thankful you stopped by my blog today and I hope you've picked up some inspiration. Enjoy the hop and I'll see you soon!
Hugs,
Heather

Color Fusers Blog Hop- March

Hello everyone! Welcome back for another Color Fusers Blog Hop! I was super excited when I saw these colors. Something about them just really sparked my creativity.
For this card, I used the So In Love stamp set (143216). If you're interested in this set, I highly recommend the bundle (144739) as the dies are beautiful. I used the stamp set to create the background pattern. I love how it looks like spring, which I have been waiting patiently for as this winter seems to keep dragging on, but I digress! The cuts I used to mount the sentiment both come from the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies (145372). For an added touch, I used some rhinestones (119246). The wild wasabi ribbon is no longer available, but might I suggest the Mint Macaron 3/8" Sheer Linen Ribbon (141656).
I hope you enjoyed my card today. If you're interested in any of these products, or any product that Stampin Up has to offer, visit my website at http://www.stampinup.net/esuite/home/heatherosborne/  Please scroll down through the pictures and find the blog line-up. The other team members have so much inspiration to offer!! I hope you all have a great day!

Heather

Color Fusers Blog Hop- February

Hello everyone! Happy New Year since I haven't been able to wish you all that yet. Things have been so busy around here, both of my sisters are getting married this year so preparations are underway!

Today, I'd like to welcome you to the Color Fusers Monthly Blog Hop! This month's colors are Bermuda Bay, Calypso Coral, Early Espresso, and Peekaboo Peach. These were kind of a struggle for me at first. I wasn't sure what I could create with these colors, especially when I love putting green in each project I create 😉 Finally, I decided I'm always in need of thank you cards so I'll start with that. I recently purchased one of the new thank you sets, Thankful Thoughts (141522) and I just loved the font used for this thank you. I've also been trying to make my own backgrounds, they never turn out the way I wanted them to. The stamp set Gorgeous Grunge (130517) lets you have some freedom with your backgrounds. I really enjoy using this set on a variety of projects. I especially like the stripe stamp, it reminds me of a strip of washi tape. This way, you can customize it to whatever color you need it to be. I also decided to make a masculine and feminine version of this card. You never know who you may need to give a thank you to. I used Wink of Stella (141897) to add a bit of sparkle to the wings of the smaller butterflies.

I hope you enjoyed these projects. Please follow the hop lineup at the bottom of this post for more inspiration. If you're interested in any of the products used, or any of the products that Stampin Up has to offer, please visit my website: http://www.stampinup.net/esuite/home/heatherosborne/

Have a great day and happy stamping :)
Hugs,
Heather
