I love Pinterest

Happy Monday everyone! I hope all of you mothers out there had a nice relaxing Mother's Day yesterday! I know I did, because I got to craft most of the day :) What better way to spend a day, than to craft. I did something I haven't done for a while, and that is case cards I found on Pinterest. I had so much fun creating this cards and I can't wait to make more. All of the supplies came from Stampin Up, you can order products from my website here.

For this first card, I used the Butterflies Thinlits Dies, the stamp set Work of Art, and the ink colors; Calypso Coral, So Saffron, and Pool Party.

This next card uses the Grateful Bunch stamp (which if you bundle with the punch you can save 15%) set along with the ink colors; Tangelo Twist, Bermuda Bay, and Crushed Curry. As well as a strip of designer paper, a button, and a Vellum overlay.

Finally, this last card used the Botanical Blooms bundle along with the card stock colors; Old Olive, Blushing Bride, and Melon Mambo.

Thanks for stopping by today. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at greenscrapinmachine@gmail.com. Have a wonderful day!!

Retiring in colors blog hop Day 3

Happy Friday everyone! Once again, thanks for coming by to check out my project for today. I created an altered project for my post today. I went to my local dollar store and bought a package of 5 notepads for $1. I then cut a piece of white cardstock at 3 x 5 1/2. I then used the What I Love stamp set and all of the retiring 2014-2016 in colors to create a cover for each notepad. Then I added some bling and ribbon and these notepads look a little more expensive!

I hope you enjoyed my project for today. To get your own set of the retiring colors, please visit my website http://www.stampinup.net/esuite/home/heatherosborne/. Thanks again for stopping by and I'll see you next time.

Hugs,
Heather

Retiring in colors hop day 2

Hello everyone and welcome back for day 2 of the retiring in color blog hop. Today we are continuing to showcase the Stampin Up retiring 2014-2016 in-colors; Blackberry Bliss, Lost Lagoon, Mossy Meadow, Tangelo Twist, and Hello Honey.

I made a set of 4x4 notecards using a set from our previous Sale-a-bration promotion, a photopolymer stamp set called Another Thank you, which happens to be on the retiring list so if you're interested, please stop by my website to order it. http://www.stampinup.net/esuite/home/heatherosborne/ You can see all of the retiring products there as well. I also used an embossing folder entitled Decorative Dots, one of my favorites so I'm so sad to see it go.

For these cards, I used the ink pads and a blending pen to color in the flowers and butterflies. Then I used a Wink of Stella pen to add a little sparkle.

If you're interested in purchasing any of the wonderful products Stampin Up has to offer, please head on over to the link. I'd love to earn your business.

Have a great day!

Hugs,
Heather

Retiring In-colors product focus hop

Hello everyone! Thanks for stopping by today.

For my projects this week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), I am focusing on the retiring 2014-2016 Stampin Up in-colors. This is a product focus hop I'm participating in along with some fellow Stampin Up demonstrators. Please visit all of the blogs for some wonderful inspiration.

If you're interested in any of the products I've used for my project today, please visit my Stampin Up website http://www.stampinup.net/esuite/home/heatherosborne/ to purchase them. I'd love to earn your business. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via email at greenscrapinmachine@gmail.com.

Today, I have made some card candy. The inspiration came from a post I found on Pinterest. I am going to be sending these to my club members. They have agreed to spend a certain amount every month, and in turn, they take turns being the monthly hostess and earning the benefits. If you're interested in joining my club, please contact me for details. Card candy is so convenient, the recipient creates the card and the embellishment is done for you! The card candy was made using the Chalk Talk stamps and matching dies. The colors used are the soon-to-be retiring 2014-2016 in-colors; Lost Lagoon, Tangelo Twist, Blackberry Bliss, Mossy Meadow, and Hello Honey. If you're interested in any of the products in these colors, please shop soon as they won't be available after May 31, 2016. These colors, along with other products are retiring with the release of the new catalog, set to go live June 1, 2016.

I hope you enjoyed this project. Again, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me or shop at my Stampin Up website. Happy Stamping and I hope you come back to visit on Wednesday to see my next project. Please follow the links below the pictures to see what other projects the amazing demonstrators have created.

Hugs,
Heather

Product Focus-Made With Love Day 3

Hello everyone and welcome back! Today is our final day of this hop focusing in on the stamp set "Made With Love". I have enjoyed sharing my projects with you, and hopefully we have given you some inspiration!

I have made a basket using my envelope punch board and some mint macaron card stock. This idea comes from a fellow Stampin Up demonstrator, Diane Dimich. You can find the step-by-step video on her website at ddstamps.com. Since Easter is on it's way, I used the bunny stamp that comes in the set and used that as my focal point of my banner in the front. I also masked off the words that are attached on the stamp. The rest of the banner is made using the Banner Banter stamp set and matching punch.

Please make sure you visit Jason and Schell and see what fabulous projects they have for you today!!

If you're interested in any of the products used in creating this project, please visit my Stampin Up page, I'd love to become your demonstrator.

Product Focus- Made With Love Day 2

Welcome back everyone! I'm so excited to share my 2nd project using the "Made With Love" stamp set, which you can purchase from my Stampin Up page. Please look for the product numbers and my website linked below. I'd be happy to become your demonstrator, and show you the wonderful products Stampin Up has to offer!

Today, I decided to make a card set any new mother would love! I create a set of thank you cards that the new mother could use to thank those who have given her gifts etc. To create these cards, I used the 2015-2017 in colors: Watermelon Wonder, Cucumber Crush, Tip Top Taupe, Mint Macaron, and Delightful Dijon.

Since my first project was boy-related, I decided to make a girl themed project. I created the backgrounds of these cards using the mini flower in the stamp set and a tone on tone style, with the matching cardstock. Then, I used the onesie outline, cut it out using the framelits, and the large flower in the stamp set to make it girly. Finally, I added a rhinestone in the center of the flower for a little bling. The card layout came from another Stampin Up demonstrator, Stampingwithamore on youtube. Check out her video for the dimensions. For a finishing touch, I decorated an envelope/bag that I bought off of the clearance section, unfortunately, they are no longer available, but please make sure you check on the clearance section of the shop for some wonderful deals! You could also purchase the Kraft Tag a Bag Gift Bags, which are still available. The bow was created with our Bow Builder Punch, one of my favorite punches we have, along with a stamp from the coordinating stamp set, Something For Baby. For the thank you sentiment, I used the stamp set, Teeny Tiny Wishes.

Thanks again for stopping by today! Please make sure you visit the other demonstrators involved in this hope to see their fantastic creations.

Have a fantastic day!!

Hugs,
Heather

March 14th - 18th
Demonstrators : Schell Fabian and Heather Osborne

This week we are focusing on a stamp set called Made with Love. This set also has a coordinating Framelits set called Baby's First Framelits. The focus is to show you how you can use this set in several ways to make adorable baby projects as it is intended for or... you can come up with something alse entirely! The choice is up to you as this set has lots of versatility. I hope you enjoy what we have put together for you over the next few days. Links and item numbers will be at the bottom for easy access to you!

I know it has been a while since I have posted a blog, or a video for that matter, but life has been quite hectic. I hope to film a life update video soon. As you can see, among other things, I have become a Stampin Up! demonstrator and I would love to get your business. Stampin Up! has so many great products and I can't wait to share them with you! Here is a link to my demonstrator's page where you can order all of the products used on today's projects. This is also the last month for Sale-a-bration. For every $50 you spend, you can choose a free product from the Sale-a-bration catalog!!

For my project today, I created a Project Life layout. This was so much fun, I don't know why I didn't jump on the Project Life wagon years ago! The page protectors lay everything out so nicely for you, you don't have to do much but place in a few embellishments and you're done! Stampin Up! has a variety of packages you can order, as well as cards, makers, binders, and dies to help you create fabulous layouts. I will link all of the products used in this layout below the pictures.

Thanks for stopping by today and I'll see you back here on Wednesday. Please make sure you head over to Schell's blog to see her awesome project for today!!

Hugs,
Heather

I created this shaker pocket for the layout. So much fun!!
