Dino-Mite

Hello everyone. Today I'm the featured designer for the Action Wobble site. I made this A2 sized card for my cousin's son's first birthday. We are celebrating with them this weekend and I can't wait! I cut the dinosaur at 3 1/4 inches from the Boys Will Be Boys cartridge. I ran the top (green) layer through the bubbles cuttlebug embossing folder. I think the google-y eyes add the perfect touch. The sentiment and dinosaur stamps come from Emma's (creativetimeforme) all around birthday sentiments set. I can't wait to see his face as the dinosaur wobbles on the card.
Hope you enjoyed.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day!!

Hugs,
Heather

Featured Designer

Hello everyone and welcome to my featured design post for TheScrapbookingQueen. Today I used the stamp set entitled Royal Friends. I love this stamp set, it has by far become my most used set. I also used a flower stamp from Stampin Up. This was a hostess set so I'm not sure if it is still available. The sentiment is on a die from Emma, creativetimeforme. The white paper on the bottom is 4 x 3 and is run through an embossing folder called Musical Flourish. I also used some Royal Twine from the Royal Shoppe. The patterned paper is cut at 4 x 3 1/2.  This card was so easy to make, I created it using 4 different colors.
Thanks for stopping by!

Hugs,
Heather

For today's card, I used the Hay Ride Kiddos cling stamp. I made an A2 sized card and some patterned paper. The hay paper is cut at 5 1/4 x 4 in. and the wood grain paper is cut at 4 3/4 x 3 1/4. The image was colored with Bic Mark-its and is on an Action Wobble. The image on the wobble makes it look like the kiddos are riding along on the bumpy road the hay ride often takes us on! I also inked around the edges with Tim Holtz distress ink in Frayed Burlap. I hope you enjoyed this card and please head on over to Mindi next! Have a great day!!

Stampendous

Our Design Team has has more fun than should be legal this week making our stamped images wobble with Action Wobbles Springs. The Stampendous characters, Kiddos, and other images are perfect for this wobbling technique. And the Action Wobbles Team has been having a great time, too! BE SURE to join us tomorrow when EVERYONE on BOTH teams will have an entirely new project. WOW... better get settled early with some coffee. You're going to want to comment on each post, too. We'll choose one blogger at random and have them choose a winner from the comments on their blog! Our team has had almost as much fun adding videos to their blogs as making the Wobble Cards - Here Melinda Gleissner gives us a little taste of Halloween by making our Pumpkinstein image wobble on a card.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dVzDL60FHhE?rel=0 Today we have a great line up of stampers and wobblers!

Today, I used a wonderful background stamp entitled Autumn Words. I used white embossing powder to create the focal point on this A2 sized card. I also used some burlap background paper cut at 5 1/4 x 4. Then I used the Create a Critter cartridge to create the 2 1/2 in. pumpkin. I used my Gypsy to hide the eyes. Under the pumpkin is an Actiion Wobble and some Royal Twine from TheScrapbookingQueen's store the twine is also used in the buttons. I hope you enjoyed this card and make sure to check out the Stampendous site to pick up some of their wonderful stamps!

Visit each blogger and comment on each site! We'll choose one random Blogger and they'll choose a commenter to win

Smile!

Hello everyone and welcome to my post for the Action Wobbles design team! Today, I made a card to send to the photographers who took my son's 3 month pictures. They did a fantastic job and I thought it would be nice to send them a thank you saying so.
The card is a basic A2 card. The yellow background was run through a Paper Studio embossing folder and measures 5 1/4 x 4. The camera comes from the Create a Critter cartridge and is cut at 3 1/4 inches. Then the camera is placed on an Action Wobble. The sentiment comes from the Pink By Design stamp set, Simply Everything.
I just can't get enough of the action wobbles, they are just so much fun and add so much to the card. I think one of the greatest things about the Action Wobble is that you can lay it flat and send it through the mail without having to pay extra postage.
I hope you enjoyed this card. Please visit the Action Wobbles website for fun challenges and inspiration. Also, visit TheScrapbookingQueen's website to pick up your own package of Action Wobbles!
Have a great day!!

Hugs,
Heather

Royal Nursery

Hello everyone! I have the honor of joining Theresa aka The Scrapbooking Queen's design team and I couldn't be more thrilled. I am so excited to be joining this talented group of ladies and I to bring some inspiration to everyone. Please head over to Therea's website and see all of the great stamp sets she has to offer, along with her jewels, twine, wobbles, etc.

For today's post, I created a scrapbook page of my newest arrival, Graham. He joined our family (my husband, and older son Christian, 3) in April. Graham is such a joyous addition to our family, and I have had so much fun creating this layout of his first picture using the stamp set, Royal Nursery. I love how Theresa created individual words you can use to create a variety of sentiments to meet your needs. Whether its cards or layouts, this stamp set is a must have for anyone's new arrival!

A little bit about my layout: the banner comes from a kit from Emma (creative time for me), the letters come from the cricut cartridge Lyrical Letters, and the twine stringing the banner together comes from the Royal Shoppe; the safety pins, and rattle come from the cartridge new arrival. The picture is cut at 4x4 and the mats are 4 1/4 x 4 1/4 (blue) and 5 1/2 x 4 1/2 (white). The tag is from the Sweet Treats cartridge and is cut at 4 inches. The hearts on either side of the words come from a heart punch.

I hope you enjoyed this layout and I look forward to sharing other projects with you in the weeks to come. Have a great day!!

Hugs,
Heather
